FREIGHT:

Delivery time of 2-5 working days. We offer several shipping options:

- Bring, Pack in the mailbox (Always free)

- Bring, Package to pick-up point NOK 59 (Free for purchases over NOK 1,000)

- Postnord, Package to collection point NOK 59 (Free for purchases over NOK 1,000)

If you choose a package in the postbox, you must be registered as living at the address on posten.no. Otherwise, the package will be delivered to the nearest post office in the store for the address. The post office charges NOK 75 for wrongly sent consignments.

EXCHANGE

Exchange is always free. The entire process of submitting and issuing a new item is completely free. Use the return portal here , write which product and size you want to exchange for.

RETURNS ONLY

If you only want to return the item, not exchange anything, the return cost is NOK 65. This will be deducted from the amount when the return has been processed. Get your return label here . Remember to read the return conditions below to get the return goods approved. REMEMBER to receive a receipt that the package has been delivered in return when you deliver it to the post office, otherwise we cannot help if the package does not arrive.

30 DAYS OPEN PURCHASE

You have 30 days open purchase on all ordinary goods with us. You must therefore register the return within 30 days of receiving your order for the return to be approved. You must send the item back without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have reported the return, or hand it over to the shipping company. If this is not followed, the return will not be approved. You will then have the package sent back to you again - if you pay the shipping yourself.

RETURN TERMS

The product must be returned in original product bags and other belongings to the garment. Without the bag, the item does not have the barcode and the warehouse cannot register the bag. Therefore, the item must be in the correct bag. If you do not send the item in the bag, the return is not approved. The item cannot be used, have deodorant marks , stains, an odor that does not correspond to a new product, or missing contents that belong to it. Products with a lot of wrinkles and which then indicate careless packaging, for example: like a ball, we refuse to exchange, return and refund, due to signs of poorly treated goods. Remember that we must be able to sell the item again. You will then have to pay the shipping yourself to get the product back to you.

From the time you deliver the item to the post office, it will take 2-3 weeks before the return is processed.
